CONTACTING US

Valley K Greenhouses shares a home with DW Backhoe Services LTD., and my family in rural central Alberta. Please keep this in mind when contacting us by phone - my dear sweet husband tends to get a little grumpy (and so do I) when it rings at midnight and somebody on the other end wants to know when they can put out their water lilies! When you contact us by phone or email, you will likely be talking with me, Lynnette Westfall. My personal preference for contact is email; I find I can usually answer that quicker than returning a phone message, especially in spring & summer.

Please note that in the spring, summer and fall we are usually outdoors most of the day, but we do have an answering machine so you can leave a message. Due to frequent power outages or fingers too quick to use the 'delete' button, messages can and have been lost in the past. If you call and we don't return your call within 48 hours by all means try again. If you call before 8 A.M. we can usually be found inside.

Due to heavy spam volumes, if you email us and we do not respond within 48 hours, please try again - your email may have been missed, especially if you use a 'free' address such as aol. For the same reason, we have implemented email forms rather than publishing our email address on any page.
